We will begin on November 1, 2009 to take nominations of New York State business leaders, companies, organizations and business graduate students for induction into the New York Business Hall Of Fame in March 2010.

NOMINATION PROCESS
Nominations for induction into the New York Business Hall Of Fame will be taken for the following 9 categories:
Company With 1-10 Employees
Company With 11-100 Employees
Company With 100 or More Employees
Business Leader At 1-10 Employee Company
Business Leader At 11-100 Employee Company
Business Leader At 100 or more Employee Company
Nonprofit Company/Organization
Corporate Volunteer
Business Graduate Student (for scholarship cash award)
The cost to nominate a company or person is $50 per nomination. The process is very easy: First, click one of the formatted nomination forms below and provide your nomination information. Second, mail your form along with a check to the address provided on the bottom of this Web page. All submissions will be reviewed and confirmed with contact person within 10 business days of receipt.
